1st Landlord Training of 2019

TGNCDC recently hosted the 1st Landlord Training of 2019 in collaboration with North Newstead Association.  The topic was Analyzing Cash Flow Potential & Down Payment Assistance for Owner Occupants. Speakers were: Sean Spencer of Tower Grove Neighborhoods CDC who spoke about analyzing costs, anticipating rents, projecting the CAP rate and ROE, return on equity, for an investment property. Kate Reese of the Housing Partnership spoke about home buyer assistance programs available for owner-occupants of 2-4 family and single family homes. Steve Bahru of CIBC Bank shared the lender's available loan products and the terms for each. Survey results indicate 100% of attendees rate the event excellent – good and 95.83% would recommend the workshop to other property managers or owners.

These workshops are FREE and open to all landlords, property managers, developers, and interested parties.
