Tower Grove CDC promotes and improves quality of life by attracting public and private investment and providing real estate and other community services.

A Community Development Corporation Built in South St. Louis
Tower Grove Community Development Corporation (TGCDC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving the Shaw, Tower Grove South, and Southwest Garden neighborhoods of South St. Louis — and through our regional services, the entire 15-county bi-state metropolitan area.
We promote and improve quality of life by attracting public and private investment and providing real estate and community services. Our focus is on quality affordable housing, affordable housing for low- and moderate-income people, and the kind of neighborhood investment that strengthens communities for everyone who lives in them.
Our three neighborhoods are home to 28,000 residents in nearly 12,000 households.
