Community Resource Guide

Connecting Resources, Supporting Neighborhoods

This guide serves as a central reference point connecting people to the resources they need, whether through TGCDC programs or through partner organizations.

By connecting residents to a broader network of services while highlighting our work and that of neighborhood associations, we reinforce a key principle from our business plan: that CDCs succeed by being embedded in, responsive to, and collaborative with their communities.

While our mission is to promote responsible development, affordable housing, and vibrant communities across South St. Louis, we understand that neighborhood stabilization is fundamentally collaborative work.

Residents benefit from a rich ecosystem of both for-profit and nonprofit service providers—from legal aid and mental health services to job training, financial assistance, and business support.

The resource guide honors this ecosystem by acknowledging the important work being done by other community organizations while also highlighting TGCDC's own contributions and the invaluable work of neighborhood associations.
