Join Us for Sustaining Housing Dreams: Tower Grove CDC's 2026 Fundraiser

Tower Grove Community Development Corporation is excited to invite the community to our annual fundraiser, Sustaining Housing Dreams, on Thursday, October 8, 2026. This evening brings together neighbors, partners, and supporters to celebrate the work of neighborhood stabilization, historic preservation, and affordable housing across south St. Louis — and to help fuel the next chapter of that work.

We're grateful to US Bank for stepping up as our Presenting Sponsor this year.

Event Details

Date: Thursday, October 8, 2026 Time: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM CDT (short awards ceremony begins at 6:30 PM) Location: Das Bevo at Bevo Mill, 4749 Gravois Ave, St. Louis, MO 63116 Registration deadline: Wednesday, September 30, 2026, 11:59 PM CDT

About the Venue

Das Bevo is one of south St. Louis's most striking historic landmarks. Built in 1917 by beer baron August A. Busch Sr. as a lavish rest stop between the Anheuser-Busch brewery and Busch's Grant's Farm estate, the building is now a beautifully restored biergarten, restaurant, and event venue anchored by its iconic 60-foot windmill. Inside, guests will find 10,000 square feet of original Rookwood tile, hand-carved wooden gnomes from the 1896 Paris World's Fair, and hand-painted tile murals from 1890s Berlin. It's a fitting home for an evening celebrating historic preservation and neighborhood investment.

Parking

Das Bevo sits at 4749 Gravois Ave in the Bevo Mill neighborhood, with parking available on-site and along the surrounding streets. If you have specific accessibility needs or questions about parking ahead of the event, reach out to Sean at the contact info below and we'll make sure you're set.
