TGNCDC, in partnership with Rubicon Development, recently completed two new construction affordable homes in Tower Grove South.  The addresses are 3504 South Spring and 3884 Fairview. The homes are on the market and available.  Development fees is a key component of our not for profit community development operating strategy.

We'll hold three open houses, one THIS Sunday from 1PM to 3PM at 3884 Fairview and next Wednesday, December 9th from 6PM to 7:30PM at both homes.  Please stop by to see our work.  The lots were vacant for several years and were held by the City of Saint Louis.  Our work removed them from the city inventory (Land Utilization Authority), eliminated blight and will bring new invested home owners to the area.
