The 4066 Russell Redevelopment RFP (request for proposal) is closed due to environmental concerns. Community Development Administration (CDA) Acting Executive Director Jill Claybour contacted both parties who originally submitted proposals for the site with the news. Once the remediation issues are resolved, it appears the RFP will be reopened.
