 Alderman Conway was able to get this property demolished to make way a new 300,000+ new construction single family residence.  The building was in severe disrepair and had multiple structural issues.  While we hate to lose a historic structure, we are excited about the proposed new project.  More to come.  Step by Step, building by building, Shaw continues to grow in a positive direction.  Thanks for all the residents who called on the property over the years.  Please see the previous bog on the new construction proposal.
