At our May 12, 2015, Landlord Training, four area banks shared specifics on their lending procedures for Financing Rental Renovations.  Financial institutions included: Commerce Bank, Peoples National, PNC Bank, and US Bank.  Historic Preservationist, Michael Allen of the Preservation Research Office provided an overview of State and Federal Historic Tax Credit programs and how to utilize these credits. Mr. Allen’s presentation included case studies with successful and rejected tax credit projects. This activity is funded by a HUD Community Development Block Grant via the St. Louis Community Development Administration. IMGP0175IMGP0162
