Calling all Shutterbugs!
The Shaw Neighborhood Housing Corporation is excited to announce our 1st Annual Photo Contest. 
Contestants should submit photos that showcase the unique architecture and vibrancy of our area, focusing on the Shaw neighborhood, Tower Grove Park, Botanical Gardens, Morganford business district, South Grand business district and The Grove business district.
Entries should be submitted during regular business hours or mailed to the Shaw Neighborhood Housing Corporation at 4067 Shenandoah (rear) by September 15, 2010. Photographs must be submitted in an 8” x10” format (glossy or matte finish). Photographs may be framed or unframed. One entry per person. All ages are welcome. Please include your name, address, phone number and e-mail address with your photo entry.
We’re still working on the final list of prizes, but they will include gift certificates to local Shaw and surrounding neighborhood businesses (including Thurman Grill).
Winners will be announced on Oct. 2nd at the Shaw Art Fair and their work will be displayed at the Shaw Neighborhood Housing Corporation booth at the Fair. Winning artwork will be framed and sold/auctioned at the Shaw Art Fair to benefit the Shaw Neighborhood Housing Corporation. Winning photographers will be asked to sign a copyright release.
