TGNCDC Hosts FREE Landlord Training on Tenant Selection and Tenant Screening Feb 12 at 6:30pm!

  Feb. 11, 2014

As a part of the 2014 CDBG funded activities, Tower Grove Neighborhoods CDC will host a series of FREE landlords training seminars throughout the year.  The first seminar topic will be tenant selection and tenant screening.  It will be held on Feb 12, 2014, at 6:30pm in the Ridgway Welcome Center’s Beaumont room (a right turn at the ticket counter and your attendees are there) at MOBOT located at 4344 Shaw Blvd.  St. Louis, Missouri 63110.

At this meeting, we will recognize development projects and present awards to developers. Announcements will be made regarding upcoming events, including the Southwest Garden Neighborhood Trivia Night March 29, doors open 6, Trivia 7pm and projects including other CDBG related activities.

Attendees will be educated about Tenant Selection and how to attract a good tenant and about tenant screening services - what is involved, questions to ask the service provider, and what to expect.

We look forward to seeing you tomorrow night and throughout the year.  Please pass this information on to other landlords.

This activity is funded by a HUD Community Development Block Grant via the St. Louis Community Development Administration.
